A Spring Group Exhibition: After the Storm, the Sunshine

 

CALL FOR ARTISTS: 

ABA announces our curated spring group exhibition. Artists should complete the form below and include 1-3 works for consideration in this years exhibition. We are looking for fun and exciting works from a diverse range of artists. Of the works submitted we will select one work from 20-30 total artists for inclusion in this years exhibition.

ELIGIBILITY: 

This juried show is open to artists 18 years of age and older. Artwork may be two-dimensional in any media and must be original works of art. Works should have been created in the last 2 years.

FEES: 

There are no fees for submission.

​

CONDITIONS AND RULES: 

• Artworks must be ready to hang.

• Works can be no larger than 18x18 inches.

• Artists may not substitute another piece for the accepted work at drop-off.

Entries should be available for sale. An online payment format must be provided by the artist at drop-off — such as Venmo or PayPal. The curator will ensure proper sales and keep a record of sales transactions. Artists receive 100% of sales. 

​

Artists grant permission to ABA to reproduce accepted artwork for promotional uses in both printed and electronic forms.

NOTIFICATIONS: 

Finalists will be notified by email or Instagram. Artists whose work has been selected will be responsible for the delivery of work to Arches Brewing no later than April 29th. Delivery and return instructions will be provided with the acceptance notification.

IMPORTANT ARTIST DATES:

April 1st: Call for artists opens

April 16th: DEADLINE - Call for artists closes

April 18th: Final notification to selected artists

April 29th: DEADLINE - Final day for drop off

SHOW DATES:

May 2nd - June 4th: Show run

May 7th: Opening reception 6 - 10pm
