Artist Rob McRae showcases a vast array of prints, sculptures, and experiments, along with a showcase of the various materials used to produce his beautiful works of art. Rob has been a contributing artist at ABA for the past 5 years and has helped co-curate the last year with us. This show is a celebration of his work and a farewell show as he ventures off to other exciting endeavors.
Artists Statement
This show is a tale. It is autobiographical.
It’s a tale of broken hearts, discovery, and death.
Contained on these walls are my tragedies, my revelations, and my joys.
The tale is not a short one, nor is it handed to you.
Much as with its making, this tale must be plucked out, one piece at a time.
Its creation was a step-by-step process,
so it is only fair that the telling of the tale is one too.
